Terms and Conditions - Offer Purchase

Special offer vouchers may be cancelled up to 14 days after the voucher has been delivered. Any refunds will be credited to the card used for the purchase. Requests must be made by email, quoting the 16-character voucher code or 6-digit order ID. A cancellation fee may be charged.

No change or credit given. Services must be pre-booked and the original voucher/email surrendered prior to take up of the service. The unique code may only be redeemed once. Lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. The voucher will not be redeemed after the expiry date. Cancellation within 48 hours of a booking renders voucher null and void.
