All special offer vouchers are sent out by email,  24/7, every day of the year. A purchase confirmation email will be sent, followed by a second email with a link to a pdf of the voucher to download. Terms and conditions - voucher purchase

Special offer vouchers may be cancelled up to 14 days after the voucher has been delivered to the purchaser. Any refunds will be credited to the card used for the purchase. Requests must be made by email, quoting the six digit voucher ID. A cancellation fee may be charged.

Special offer vouchers are valid only for the services stated, or for monetary amounts in exchange for services of equivalent value. Non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash. Delivery of services is subject to availability. No change or credit given. Services must be pre-booked and the original voucher surrendered prior to take up of the service. The unique code may only be redeemed once. No redemption after the expiry date.
